SPEAKER BIOS
Andrew founded Stone Creative Leadership Group to create a proactive environment for leader’s to converge their passion and clarity, personally and professionally.Andrew has been in leadership roles within the community since his early teens and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business with a Double Major in Communications and Marketing and is a member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.He is currently serving as a leadership development and communications consultant for the education sector, faith based communities, universities, leadership colleges and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and USA.A sought-after speaker, with a unique communicative style, Andrew travels the world from boardrooms to auditoriums with one purpose, to lead leaders into clarity.
SLABBERT PRETORIUS
Slabbert Pretorius has been in full-time ministry for over 40 years, serving in various capacities. Beginning as a Youth Pastor of his local church in South Africa, he went on to serve as an Operational Military Chaplain, Chairman of both the South African National Youth Council and Interdenominational Church Forum for many years, Church Growth Consultant and Senior Administrator and Principal of Vine Christian School, a school using A.C.E. Resources in the Southern Cape, SA. In 2011, God called Slabbert to Australia where he joined the ministry of Southern Cross Educational Enterprises (SCEE) as the Chief Operational Officer. His responsibilities were to serve as visionary leader and lead the ministry into the future.
Slabbert is currently the Chairman of the Board and the CEO of Accelerate Educational Ministries (AEM) which provides ministry support, training, and educational materials to churches and schools in the South Pacific/Indonesian region. In 2018, Slabbert obeyed the call to start a local church as part of this ministry. He leads Accelerate Church along side his wife, Naomi, and an incredible pastoral team. Together, they are working towards mustering support of a 1000 churches to assist in starting a 1000 bush schools in remote villages in the region.
Slabbert’s heart and purpose in life is to lead people to self-fulfilment in Jesus Christ. He sees Biblical Worldview Education as an integral part of bringing believers to spiritual maturity. He believes that going to the nations to establish and support Christian Schools and Educational Institutions is at the core of true Biblical Discipleship. Slabbert’s desire is for Accelerate Educational Ministries and SCEE to support and disciple every client, church, pastor, teacher, and student in every nation to understand God’s paths, purposes, plans, patterns, and reach their full potential as children of the most High God.
Faylene is a Director of Australian Company of Seers Ltd and has a strong prophetic anointing on her life that has had a tremendous impact on 1000’s across Australia. Faylene has for the last 22 years travelled extensively as an Itinerant Minister at Churches and Conferences. Faylene’s ministry is characterised as vibrant and humorous. A prophetic minister known for her down to earth ability to relate God’s Word to real issues. Faylene continues to travel to the nations including New Zealand, Hawaii, Fiji, Ireland, Serbia, South Africa, USA and Canada.
Rob and his wife Debbie became Christians together after the birth of their second child. Their salvation experience was, without doubt, the most defining experience of their life. From a completely non-faith background, Rob and Debbie were clearly called into full-time Christian ministry.Rob and Debbie planted Southland Church in 1995, a church they pastored for twenty-seven years. From an initial group of five adults, Southland Church went on to purchase, co-develop, and occupy, a five-star church facility with a 500-seat auditorium in the heart of the Pasadena Green Shopping Centre in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Rob has served on the Vineyard Churches National Board, mentored pastors, business leaders, and church planters as well as leading a multi-staffed team to grow the local church and influence the local community.At the start of 2022, Rob resigned from Southland Church to take up a role with the Australian Christian Lobby as State Political Director for QLD, NSW and the ACT.
PETER TRIM
Peter Trim is a highly skilled facilitator and creative leader with over 25 years of experience in developing educational and vocational pathways for students and organisations. He has assisted various organisations in strategic planning, organisational restructuring, re-engineering and extending their capacity in order to maximise growth opportunities and transform communities. Peter has served as an advisor to some of Australia’s biggest Bible Colleges.Peter currently serves as Dean of Accelerate Leadership Institute and Educational Services Manager at AEM/SCEE where he is responsible for heading up Accelerate Bible College and developing pathways into higher education for A.C.E. Educators and Graduates.Peter is passionate about helping people achieve the best they can be. Using his excellent communication skills, prophetic gifting and ability to relate to people, Peter aims to make Biblical principles applicable to everyday life. Peter is happily married to Diana and they are part of the Pastoral team of Accelerate Church.
SANDRA PRIZEMAN
Sandra Prizeman has served ministries and communities in various capacities from Pastoral Care Coaching and Chaplaincy to Business Recovery and managing Women’s Health and Sexual Assault Centres. She Accredited with Chaplaincy Australia and I’m an active member of their network. Sandra is passionate about effective Pastoral Care and longs to see churches fully equipped to embrace and use their unique gifts to connect with, pastor, and care for the communities God has called them to. She often leads workshops and seminars to train and equip people with the tools needed to address fears and obstacles that prevent them from achieving their full potential, and to transform their everyday interactions into hope-filled connections for the kingdom. Sandra is happily married to Graeme.
Paul ‘Skip’ Smith has been ministering for nearly 30 years in almost every aspect of Kingdom life. From worship to missions, children to seniors, radio to senior pastor (yes, and even women’s ministry), he is a prophetic trainer and creative equipper of the Body of Christ who loves to see the power and presence of God manifest. He currently works for Alpha Australia, is married to Leah and they have three children, Isaac, Sophie and Josiah.
Cindy has a long history working with Christian non-profit organisations. For 12 years she and her husband dedicated their lives to serving in Uganda and Tanzania with SIL International in the work of Bible translation and language development among marginalised people groups.On returning to Australia in 2010, Cindy worked as Missions Director for a large church in Brisbane. She worked in various roles in both the public and not-for-profit sectors and served as the President of the P&C of her daughter’s school up until 2019. Cindy was appointed CEO of Youth for Christ Australia in June 2015. Cindy currently serves on the boards of Wycliffe Australia and Australian Institute of Family Counselling (AIFC).Her true desire has always been to see lives transformed by the Gospel and that’s why she is passionate about Youth for Christ.Beyond her professional responsibilities, Cindy is an avid reader and loves the great outdoors. She and her husband live in the Northern Rivers of NSW.She is the author of three books:#JesusRevolution: Real and Radical (2018)LOST BOYS: BRING THEM HOME (2020)THE NEXT REVOLUTION: RESISTING THE CULT OF THE SELF (2022)
DUANE VA VUUREN
Duane is currently the Program Director for our Post-Graduate School of Leadership at Alphacrucis University College. Pastor Duane van Vuuren is a graduate of AC’s Master of Leadership and is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Leadership. Duane has been on staff at AC as the Queensland State Director and is an ordained minister in the Australian Christian Churches. Duane has a wealth of leadership experience as a senior leader in both the local church, small business enterprise, Not-For-Profit organisations, and has been instrumental in growing multiple churches and organisations. He is passionate about the Church and Christian leaders. Duane has ministered in many churches, consulted with several Christian organisations on organisational structure and leadership, and will continue the work of the Gospel in local churches and with Christian leaders, to help transform lives and grow the Kingdom of God. Duane is married to his childhood sweetheart. They have two married children and two grandsons. They both love being creative and enjoy making things together.
Josh & Elise believe that the Kingdom of God is first and foremost a family and therefore “kingdom life”, is God’s perfect plan for every family to enjoy. A life of communion with Him, sincere love for one another, genuine faith, true joy and overflowing with supernatural signs, wonders and miracles.They are passionate about walking out a Kingdom lifestyle not just as individuals but also together a whole family where everyone has a voice and is qualified and equipped to share the supernatural love & power of God to the world around them. They each have unique gifts and passions but together as a family they love helping other families, believers of all ages step into a greater reality of God’s will in and through their lives; “on earth as it is in heaven”.They have two champion sons; Harry & Elijah.

Aaron Bachmann is a dynamic speaker, cultural leader and visionary pastor of Lifestyle Church. Aaron speaks passionately and profoundly into ‘creating culture’ that teams, staff and people can thrive in across educational, personal, business and ministry life. He loves sharing the ‘how to’s’ in seeing healthy culture established, empowered and embraced in your setting. Aaron has worked extensively across varied settings from governmental organisations, educational settings, not-for-profits, training businesses and multiple ministry spheres.
No matter what the context, his passion is to help people discover their greatest potential and see God’s best in their lives.
